Post No.28 2016- Blogger Recognition Award!!

Hey guys!

As I had mentioned on last week's post, I have been urging to do this blogger recognition award. However, I've been unable to do so with all the baking I have been doing for my blog and the addition of schoolwork and storywriting.  First things first, massive thanks to Ella and a link of her blog will be left at your disperse below the blog post. Without further ado, here's what the award is all about:

• Compose a post to showcase your award.

• Acknowledge the blogger who nominated you.

•Present a brief story, based on why you had begun blogging.

•Give two pieces of advice to new bloggers.

• (the hardest part) Nominate 15 other bloggers for the blog.

So, my reason for starting  my blog up into gear really was to experiment something new and really test where it takes me. All the above , as well as share my grown passion for baking, whilst meeting new people and constantly improving my writing skills.

When I first started blogging, I actually was quite nervous as I were only 11 and the other blogs I'd read had been written by 15,16,17,20 and 24s. This leads onto my first piece of advice to new bloggers which is not to be SO afraid. I mean, yes it's totally normal to have a few nerves, possibly doubts, when publishing your first ever blog post, allowing anyone and everyone to read it. But realise that, although the internet can be a danger, the Internet can also be a friend, giving you access to new links, people and discovering different things.

Another thing I had experienced when being an all-new blogger was, whenever I had discovered my blog hadn't received a lot of views in the early stages, I became VERY upset and taken everything to heart. As a matter of fact, I was so paranoid about the whole page viewing system that I was considering of taking down my blog, altogether. When I think of this now, how stupid would I have been to give up such a lovely blog site?? Therefore,  my second piece of advice would be not to get over worked up or emotional when you don't get those hits in the early stages. Just keep remembering that someone will shine the spotlight on you and you WIL have your special moment in the massive blogging community soon. But for now, hang in there and have hope. As the saying goes, H.O.P.E: Hold On, Pain Ends....

As for my 15 nominations, it had taken me some time to gather up 15 really good blogs who I believed deserved further recognition:
